Powered Exoskeletons (“A fairly boring transportation program.”- Darpa will only cop to it being a method to make human pack mules. But come on; like CQ says, if you can carry 200 lbs of cargo, you can carry 200lbs or armor, weapons, etc... ad a few jump jets and the next couple of technologies... )

Brain-Machine Interfaces (Aviation, prosthetics... Tanks.)

Smart Bullets (Snipers with these buggers. Oooh.)

Heat Rays (Just the Area Denial System, but still, cool.)
